Contact Us through Traditional Channels
You can always drop us a line by email. Please write to team@germanbureau.com and wait for a reply from our core team.
Otherwise, our main phone number in Berlin is +49 30 79746655. If we don’t pick up on your first try, leave a message with your name and number and we’ll call you right back.
We don’t offer walk-in hours at our main office in Berlin. However, you can contact us in advance to make an appointment if you want to meet in person (circumstances permitting). Either we’ll come to you, meet you in the city, or invite you to our home office.

As a company, we’re not super-active on social media; but we still invite you to connect with GermanBureau founder Alex Bakst, who is active on LinkedIn and lurks as @elderbax on Instagram among other places.

NEW: Join Our Community on Discord!
We have a server called Bakst and Friends where you’ll find a growing body of learning resources. It’s also a great place to meet fellow students of English and German as well as native speakers of both languages.
Just be aware that our Discord server is quite informal. It’s a friendly community, but you’re likely to encounter decidedly unprofessional language. If you’re okay with that, we welcome you!
